Whether you work at height as part of your job or supervise those who do, Working At Height Training is essential. It covers the basic principles of Health and Safety, the legal obligations of both employers and employees and provides best practice guidance to keep everyone safe.
Working at Heights Regulations from the HSE report in 2021 (workplace fatal injuries in Great Britain) states that these rules and regulations made in 2005 are there to help employers, and those responsible, prevent death and injury caused by falling from working at height.
Our comprehensive training programme is focused on reducing the risks of fatalities and injuries caused by working at height and insufficient training in doing so. Our experienced team of trainers can support any candidate, regardless of their experience, to be well educated on the precautions to take when working from height and appropriate wear of a harness.
Using a blended approach of onsite practical learning and theory in a classroom environment, our courses place a strong emphasis on safety to ensure candidates develop the right skills to keep everyone safe from the risks of working at height and to implement regulations.
This course can be delivered at the academy or on site if conditions are suitable.
